how do i recover an old account i had but i currently do not have access to the email anymore? so i can recover the password

You'll have to file a support case with Linden Lab.  Use "Account Issue" as the issue type.  You will probably be asked to provide proof of your identity, such as a scan of your drivers license or birth certificate.

Go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

Make sure you are NOT logged in to any account.

Use the guest email.

Submit the ticket called "Reactivate old account".

They may ask you about your date of birth and secret question to verify you are the owner.

And if your account is verified is better to send a scan of the official document that you used.
