I can not enter the zyngo the region and own payment information in the account??i need help

There are at least three possibilities.

1.  You need to update your payment information.  Even if it's still valid, if you haven't updated it recently, the system might not allow you to access a Skill Gaming region.  Go to My Account/Billing information, and update your payment method...,even if you replace the current information with the SAME information.  Trust me, it works.

2.  You reside in, or your internet service provider is in, one of the ten prohibited states.  These are:  

  • Arizona
  • Arkansas
  • Delaware
  • Florida
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Maryland
  • Nevada
  • South Carolina
  • South Dakota
  • Tennessee

If you do not live in one of these states, but your ISP is located in one, try filing a Support Case and explain the situation.

3.  You have been banned from the region by the region owner.  This is between you and the region owner, and unless you can talk her into un-banning you, you'll simply have to find someplace else to do your gaming.
