Does anyone know who the designer for the avatar featured on the sign in page> Winter 2016, she is wearing a fur hat.

It's credited to the aYe Creation and Design group, who have a marketplace store and a store in-world too.

It's a lovely picture, but an expert on these things tells me it's almost certainly photoshopped to some extent because SL doesn't have support for that kind of volumetric hair.
