Traffic shows 0 though I have steady traffic

I have a 1/4 homestead and run a small club on it, The land is group owned. Traffis shows 0 though I have steady traffic and it seems an ajoining 1/4 sim is getting the traffic count. How do I fix this since the success of the club depends on showing good traffic counts?

You could submit a support case to ask Linden Lab to investigate.  You are probably aware of this, but each unit of "traffic" is the equivalent of one avatar staying in your land for one minute.  However, the count only begins when the avatar has been on your land for at least 5 minutes.  So, an avatar who visits for a minute or two and leaves isn't counted.  That can lead to some misunderstanding and hard feelings between neighboring shop owners, for example, when people visit both shops but tend to only hang around in one of them.  In your case, it's hard to explain why you might have zero traffic count, but it would be easy to understand how an adjacent parcel might have a high count if even a few people stand there talking all night.
