Did you make sub-folders in the Outfits folder for them?  This could be the cause of the problem, although I thought they had fixed that.

You could also try doing a manual inventory cache clear.  See this link: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_cache_clear

Then log into an empty region like Heckendorf or Pooley and WAIT for your inventory to fully load.
