I need solution for grid and updating friends list. I can't open My viewer again (sl viewer and firestorm) but my internet account broswer can be open without a problem. Please can any body help me to fix it ...

Hi Miah,

As you may have noticed, a lot of other people are having the same problem, and we here in Answers (who are residents, just like you) have said that there is nothing we can do, and that hopefully Linden Lab will uncover the reason for the problem and address it. You're not going to get a better answer than that from us until LL does something.

Select "Account Issue" from the first drop-down and "Second Life Viewer Login Issues" from the second. Fill in the required information and type "Login failed. Updating friends list." in the "What is the error message" box.

Then click "Submit" and hope for the best!
