i just upgraded to windows 10 and cant log into secondlife

Go to Help/About Second Life in your viewer.  Note the type of graphics card you are using.  The most likely are Nvidia GeForce, AMD/ATI Radeon, and Intel.

Go to the website for whichever graphics card you have.  Download and install the latest drivers for your card.

http://www.geforce.com/drivers  Nvidia GeForce

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download  Radeon

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/  Intel graphics

You should probably also run Windows Update.  You may have to run it several times to make sure all the latest updates have been added to your system.
