You also get a locked private sky room to teleport to from your room. All the advantages of a house and grounds without the high cost. 

All the rooms are furnished but if you like, you can ask to have them cleared and pay $125/125 to get more prims. Or exchange for other items from our showroom for $25/per any number of items in delivery and set-up.
