I am getting griefed and stalked by two people.. they have multiple avatars.. what can i do ?

I have two people Shadow BabyGirl  and Alleyoop Baum.  These two are harrassing me with their multiple avatars,  Is there anything i can do to stop this?  I have tried filing an abuse report, but when I got to type their names. It shows that they arent found.  Can someone help?

Firstly you must redact the names in your post; publishing them here is a clear TOS violation.  Secondly mute them and their alts, ban them from any land you hold and groups you own and get on with your life.  Sorted.

Definitely do the Mute and Ban actions, for them and any of their alts who bother you.

Not being able to find a name in Search can have three causes.

1. You're not searching correctly.  Try searching using both their username and their Display Name.  If you are using the Firestorm viewer, there are two places to try searching.  In Search, (CTRL+F) try using both the People tab and the Websearch tab.
2. That particular avatar has had their account deleted.
3. In a few cases, griefers have been able to "mask" their username.  If you are sure that neither 1 or 2 above is the problem, file your Abuse Report, but use "Governor Linden" as the name you report, and explain and give the names of the people you are REALLY reporting in the report description box.
