Hi . I would buy an Laptop with Radeon R5 Graphics card and 4 GB Ram.

Will it run SL fluently ?

it will most likely run SL, and it will be fluently... at low settings.

Think you shouldn't expect to much from this for SL.

Other applications may run perfect on it.
