At Ravenglass Rentals we have a few rules to make the whole sim and the neighbouring sims look good, so that you aren't suddenly facing giant builds or spinning signs or security orbs that bounce you home.

It all sums up in one phrase: Be considerate of your neighbour.

You have all the freedoms of ownership -- plant, terraform, play media, re-name your parcel description, ban/eject, etc. but you aren't stuck -- you have refund for a small fee, and if you move to another one of our rentals, the fee is returned.

At Ravenglass, the flagship sim, you get a house from management where the prims don't count! The rule there is you can't change the house UNLESS you have one in theme, but you get $150/150 prims PLUS the house which won't count on your prims, and these are large, spacious houses. You can opt to put up a skybox.

You can choose a larger lot on the waterfront or an apartment in Ravenglass Hall, a Celtic tower. Pets aren't allowed on this sim because it has more people on it than others and we don't want lag. But you can have pets just about anywhere else.

Not everyone wants to live next to a lot of 50 breedables especially if they are the one lagged. Rules also mean CHOICE. Someone else's freedoms aren't imposed on YOU.

On sims with empty parcels the rule is simple for your build: don't build over two storeys as that often blocks the build; don't build smack at the property line or use photo-realistic picture boards for "privacy" -- these don't give you privacy and look terrible for others.

And no security orbs unless above 500 meters. You appreciate this when you aren't bounced or suddenly teleported home just for flying to your own home!

Apartments from $100/100 prims, cottages $150/150 or $250/250, larger parcels $1.4/prim
