You can't!  You cannot select a specific Linden Home...you can only choose the style of home, and you're assigned a random home within that style.

Just sign up for another Linden Home the same way you did for your previous one.  If the home you get isn't quite the same model as your old one (for example, the modern style comes in at least two minor variations), you can abandon it and try again, up to five times per day.
