It's not you.

That DJ's stream IP address may be blocked by your ISP as a "spammy" source. Not that it is issuing SPAM anymore. Some ISPs are rather over protective.

Thy testing the stream IP / port combination with another media player to see if it can be heard by other than the FMod player included with the Second Life software,
