can't save changed shape

I get logged out of SL when I try to save a changed shape.

I have created a new account and started SL with a classic avatar. I changed the shape and saved it to new. When I closed the editor mode my avatar did stay in the edit position and after a while I got thrown out of SL with the message  "you have been logged out of second life". After logging in again my avatar could not move (sim ping was above 1000) and I got thrown out again.

Only deleting all files in the cash before logging in again helped to be able to move my avatar again. But all changes in the new shape had disappeared. I tried that several times but always the same effect. Saving a changed shape leads to a log out after several minutes.

Can anybody help me on this issue?

sounds to me your connection is badly responding. Try finding the cause of that.

Reboot everything possible from entry point to your machine. And check your firewall.

Tamks for the reaction,

but the problem  cannot be a connection problem on my side. As long as I don't change the shape of my avatar I can do anything on the grid no problem with crowded dance places and active adventure places. If it would be a problem with my connection it would not be restricted to saving changes of the shape of the my avi.

By the way I have uninstalled and reinstalled my viewer three times now. Deleted all files and folders which have been accessible on my desktop

Hope there are some other ideas to get rid of that problem
