Have not recieved my L1300 for buying a house or L2500 yet that I purchased

I'm not sure why you would have recieved $1300L for "buying" a house. You recieve many benefits as a premium member, certainly. Access to Live Chat is one of them; I presume it's under "Help" at the top of this page, but I'm not premium anymore, myself, so I can't double check that. $1300L for redeeming a Linden home is not. 

As far as $L bonuses go, you get two. You'll start recieving $300L on Tuesday, and continue to recieve $300L per week for as long as you hold a premium account, deposited every Tuesday. You'll also recieve a one-time bonus of $1000L after 45 consecutive days of premium membership.
