I cannot check adult content in the search area.I already enter my payments details and preferences at my profile but when i try to check adult it does not work.only general and moderate work in the search section. I have restarted my pc many times nothing has changed. thanks for helping

If you are 18 or older in Real Life, the system should allow you to select both Moderate and Adult.  If you are UNDER 18, you should only be able to select General.  Since you can select Moderate, but not Adult, the system is mucked up.  File a Support Case by using the Help/Support menu at the top right of this web page.  Use Account Issue as the issue type.
