Why can't I get into the market place? When I log in it justs sits there and never loads.

Why is SL not letting my new AV access the Market place. Is there an ETA on a fix?

Seems to be a common probably recently, submit a ticket so LL can see how many people this is affecting.

I assume you can still login there with your other avvie yeah?

I found this problem with my avis. This is what I think helps:

Most browsers remember the last Avi you logged in with (even when they say they don't) so you have to clear everything. Open your dashboard, Forums/Blogs and Marketplace with your main account, you can use tabs or different windows.

1) Make sure these are the only three tabs/windows you have open.

2) Log out of the Marketplace and close that tab/window. (Make sure you are logging off not just closing the window)

3) Log out of the forums/blogs and close that tab/ window. (Make sure you are logging off not just closing the window)

4) Log out of your dashboard and close that tab/window. (Make sure you are logging off not just closing the window)

5) Close your browser completely.

6) Reopen your browser and log in as your alt.

7) GO SHOPPING!

Never try to log in two different Avis at the same time.

Sorry, I have the same issue. A brand new Alt. Cleared cache, cleared cookies. Tried SEVERAL different browsers AND PCs. I setup a billing account AND age verified. I still cannot connect to SL marketplace with this new Alt.
