Greetings

Today i was thinking it would be nice after 5 years of SL. To be premium now. But when i got on the page i noticed VAT.

Which applies to the EU aka Euro Union. Well since switzerland isn't part of the EU i shouldn't be worried right?

Sadly not thats wrong. While clicking the anual choice. I was applied with VAT 19% for Germany. I'm sorry if i repeat myself. But i live in switzerland... Not germany. Just because i speak german doesn't mean im german.

Well if anyone knowes whats up. Please tell me what i should do

Thank you for now.

Switzerland has a nominal VAT Rate of 8% - one of the lowest in the EU and related countries. Details are in the link below:

I can't imagine why you were charged the German VAT Rate. You should have a chat with the Billing department for clarification:

If thats the case. Why does it show me this?

As i can tell. The Ip tracking isn't working properly. I live in Zuerich Switzerland. That is surely not German that i am certain.

Silly me, I thoiught you had set this:

Capture-VAT.PNG

Yes without this information, the IP address location method probably identified your ISPs IP address range as being owned by a German Telecom.
