How do I submit my picture for the SL12B ? ( Second Life 12 years anniversery contest )

I made a picture but dont know how do I upload this for the contest? Im really confused...
I also cannot change this site to german so its kinda hard for me to find out how...
Please I need help #SL12B

Click "New Entry", then enter the subject text for your submission and click "Upload Image". Your image must be located on your computer to upload it, so if you saved the snaphot in-world, you'll have to save it to your computer first. You can do that by right-clicking the snapshot in your inventory and selecting "Save as".
