My avi is transparent on lumyi a but one of my others is Ok why

Hi I am on lumyia and my new avi is transparent when I use my old avi he shows up fine can anyone help please

most likely it's a mesh problem, can be for many reasons.

Perhaps your connection is to bad for all data and mesh won't render.
