Dual Streaming how to

Can anyone tell me how to dual stream with another Live artist ,and the best way for both singers to hear each other during a performance ??

i don't know how to do it, but you have to realize that even professional broadcasts can't perform in a song the same time, internet latency is not to control. Even tv stations can't avoid it with their professional equipment, how will you prevent it with a pc connection.

a while back this question was also asked at the forum's i'm sure a search will bring it up, it was pretty clear explained there.
