rollingaway
When I try to load a viewer (I've tried at least two), the install errors out with the message 'MSVCP100.DLL NOT FOUND'. I'm running 64bit Win7 and, looking in the System32 folder, the dll is there. Any thoughts? Microsoft is little or no help. (Imagine that!!) Venus Petrov
Putting the error message into Google search will bring up this and many other links:
rollingaway
I did as suggested and picked this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6573PQUiooI. When I tried to paste in the System32 folder, I got an error that indicated the file was open elsewhere. Prior to doing this, I de-installed second life viewer and then restarted the machine. What next?
Venus Petrov
Did you try any of the other search result links? I do not have the answer to your question.
Whirly Fizzle
Try installing this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999 I think you may only need the vcredist_x86.exe if it's for the LL viewer (which is 32bit) but not sure. Installing vcredist_x64.exe also won't hurt though.
