Submit an Abuse Report.  Chances are good, though, that you won't get your money back.  Unless you have some way to prove that you were "cheated", it's just your word against the other person's.  The transaction will show up in your Transaction History as a "gift", and Linden Lab usually will not get involved in disputes between residents.  (See the TOS, sect. 6 : "You are solely responsible for your interaction with other users of the Service, whether online or offline.
