My Hair is always missing to others players! How fix it?!

My hairs is always missing for other players when I edit the hair color through the Build menu. SOMEBODY HELP ME! The people are seeing me BALD! This glitch is happening to all my hairs!!!

-Edit: My hair are sculpted (purchased), not mesh. And It did not happen before. i always edited my hairs in build menu, but now this glicth is haunting me now.
