when try to buy at Marketplace the cashier doesn't open

Add the items to your favorites and try to buy later. (or go to the inworld store if possible) There is a billing system maintenance ongoing, and it seems to affect the Marketplace too.

[updated 9:10 AM PST, 12 February 2015] The scheduled billing system maintenance has been delayed.  It will start at approximately 11:00 AM PST.

[Posted 7:23 AM PST, 12 February 2015]  We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our billing system today beginning at approximately 9:30 AM PST. While this maintenance is in progress, our billing services, including LindeX and Marketplace, may not be available. Credit card processing may be affected during this time as well. Please continue to check this blog for updates.

Since 2 or 3 weeks I have the same problem. I tried it at several times, with Firefox, Chrome, IE and Opera. Allways the same: Open Transaction in progress, Waiting of second life,

Did it work for you now? And if, what have you done.

2-3 weeks is a long time and there must be an issue.

 

Anyone else who has the same problems?

It's been an issue for quite a lot of people lately. Let's hope the scheduled billing maintenance which will be performed today fixes that. Otherwise, add your voice to the crowd and file a support case.
