On the Second Life Jira, what does it mean when Linden Labs indicates that an issue or bug has "been triaged". Does that mean they have elevated the issue or bug to a higher status, regarding taking action to solve. It is regarding a marketplace bug that wont allow used of Lindens balance, hence preventing me from shopping the way i normally do.

Yes, that's what it means.  That particular problem, however, has been the focus of scheduled maintenance for the last day or so.  The grid status blog itself is undergoing maintenance at the moment, but earlier today it held the following notice :
