alphas missing and not in new purchases, did cache, nothing is working?

My Alphas seem to be missing, I have even purchased new clothing and they are not going into my inventory...i have done cache 3 times...help me pls, I cant wear my clothing!!

ALL your alphas are missing, or just the ones for the new clothes you bought?

If the former, do a MANUAL cache clear, following these instructions: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_cache_clear   Also, turn off your router and computer and reboot them, then log in to a quiet, empty sim and WAIT for your inventory to load.  Don't try wearing anything or teleporting until it's finished.

If the latter, contact the creator.  Maybe she just forgot to include the alphas, or will at least send you a new boxed item with them.

EDIT:  Wow, I bet Theresa's sussed it!  That never occurred to me.

Can you see any other "system" clothing in your inventory? If you can't see them either it's a possibility that you accidentally set an inventory filter; alphas would be filtered out with the rest of the system clothing.
