Seeking Sim Designer for Renovations at Star Journey

I need some redesign of an inspirational sim (est. 2008) which is based on my real life books and tool for self-reflection, Star Journey Symbol Method. The goal is to make Star Journey one of the most artistic and immersive sims in SL and to clarify the user experience. Seeking a resource with great visual creativity as well as solid building and technical skills, also a collaborative attitude. Work will involve landscaping, redesign of certain objects/builds on ground level and in sky, and developing a TP and information system for navigating the island.
