Where can I get my things back.

The sim i was living on has been removed, taking my home and contents etc with it. How do I get these back, if at all possible.

I would put in a support ticket asking if you can have temporary access to reclaim your items

This sim was part of 12 belonging to a friend who reduced them down to 5, Does the sim still 'exist' somewhere so i can get my things?

If the sim has already been deleted you could be out of luck, LL don`t always clear the sim before zapping them so everything goes into cyberspace

Yes I had assumed that it would all get sent back to me, but no. Oh well.

Sucks I know, I think its because they don`t actually go to the sim, they probably just flip a switch on the server and zap!! gone.

You can file a ticket with LL, or better yet, have the land owner file a ticket. Simply ask them to turn the sim back on, and let you get your stuff, or if its not a great deal of things, mass return everything, and you can go to a sandbox to rezz and sort things.

 

I think its sad the land lord didn't either 1. give you at LEAST 24 hours notice of the sims closing, or 2. mass return everything for you. They had to know in advance the sim's closing date... tier is ALWAYS due the same day every month.

I absolutely agree, when I have been involved with deleted sims, I know that LL tells the owner to take anything they want off of the sim because their return cannot be guaranteed. So the owner should have had the decency to deal with it better.

Unless of course the owner left LL and failed to pay the tier fee and thats why LL deleted it.

oh this was a friends sim, i was freeloading. she got told 10 days by LL. it was only 2 days when they deleted the sims. my friend says that the sims should have still been there for a few more days.

Ouch, that sucks!! I would definately try a ticket in that case, if LL screwed up, they must have the power to fix it. I have never heard of rolling back a sim that has been zapped but I don`t see why it shouldn`t be possible....They could at least pay you compensation if it was their mistake.

Happy Ending. After filing a support ticket LL was able to turn the sims back on for 24 hours so we could go get our things.
