Such jobs don't exist. 

Most employers will not even hire you until your avatar is 30-60 days old and you have upgraded your avatar to lose the newb look and have appropriate clothes.

 Don't expect to be paid for unskilled labor either, you will work for tips in jobs such as club host or dancer.  Generally these jobs require you to work a two hour shift.  The amount of tips you get will depend on how good you do your job and how busy the club is.  If you are good at sales, you may be able to find a job after being in SL for a while as a rental or sales agent for a company that will pay you a commission.
