Profile info V2.4

1. Some people seem to write novels about themselves on their profiles.  Mine wouldn't accept words beyond a certain point (I don't know the number.)

2. My groups don't show in my profile, even though I've checked, "Show in my Profile," in the group information.

3.  How do I give a link to a website?

Regarding length, not sure what you are experiencing there.  I seem to be able to type quite a bit.  I do notice that copy and paste acts funny sometimes.

Groups were removed from showing in your personel profile with V2.0.  Instead, your groups appear in the My Groups tab under People.  However, other peoples groups still appear in their profile and when they look at your profile they will see your groups that you have chosen to share.  BTW, this is one place where having an alt account is handy so that you can see what your profile looks like to other people

Clickable weblinks can be entered by just using the http:// header.    So type   http://www.mywebsite.com and it will be clickable in your profile.

Here is general info about setting you profile. I don't know anything about why your groups don' show.
