mainland holdings and premium

Hello all.  If I don't renew my premium membership, do I have to give up my mainland holdings? (I currently own 4 parcels and a little linden home)

I understand I will still need to pay 1/4 sim tier for my parcels.

ETA: I have deeded the parcels to my group.  No one in the group is a premium but me.

Only Premium accounts can own land in Mainland.
