Maybe you hit a loading issue. Always try a relog first. In 99% that fixes any issues like that. You can also try to clear your cache (depends on the viewer, but usualy in Preferences, Network Tab or Advanced) if a simple relog doesn't help. Wait till your Invenorty is fully loaded then.
