Are you talking about a Linden Home? For Linden Homes WYSIWYG.

Perrie Juran
What you see is what you get. No way to replace. You can only move to a location with another style. KarinLoving
Then why are homes being sold on the martek that make you think you can change your home style?
Perrie Juran
If you own or rent land elsehere in SL you can place your home there.

Pamela Galli
If you rent or buy land other than the land the Linden homes are on -- which you can do whether you are premium or not -- then you can buy whatever style home you want and place it on the land. But be sure that the land has enough prims for the home + furnishings you want. As a premium member you get the first 512 sm of land free IF you buy on mainland directly from LL. This does not apply if you rent privately owned land from another resident -- which people like to do because there is no zoning on mainland and you have no control over what your neighbors do or erect on their land. The advantage of Linden homes is that you get a sort of prim bonus because the land (or is it the home?) does not count against your prim allowance. It is a bit complicated. :-)
