Looking for a roommate!

Hi all, this may not be the right section to advertise but I am seeking a roommate to help share the rent on my new home. We will be on a very quiet, low lag, adult sim.  Below you will find a picture of my new home.   I've paid the first week's rent and am hoping whomever answers will pay the second week's rent and we'll continue to along those lines.  One week rent is 1,295L.    The house is fully furnished so all you would need is your own bed. Good luck - I tried that with the last sm I was on that had 465 prims; asked to pay 1k  L evry other week for 50 prims and would have full use of the furnished parcel. People came, loved the place, and then mysteriously disappeared when it came time to put up the money.
