I bought alot of things on the SL online shopping website, but they didn't appear in my inventory.

Did you check your Received Items folder, way at the bottom of your inventory?  That's where Marketplace delivers things.  If they aren't there, double check in your Marketplace Order History to be sure that they were actually delivered.  If so, but you didn't get them, cut & paste the transaction information into a notecard, along with a polite note that explains the problem, and send it to the merchant to ask for redelivery.  Please remember that delivery failure is not the merchant's fault. Linden Lab software handles all delivery and transfers your L$ to the merchant -- a service for which the merchant pays a 5% commisssion on every sale.
