How do I disable Nearby Chat flashing? *Firestorm

Hi everyone. I cannot find how to disable the Nearby Chat tab to keep it from flashing when I have the Conversations window open. Everytime someone says something in local it flashes annoyingly. Where is it in the recent Firestorm Viewer?

 

Update: RE:  That was Unchecked already. Sitll no idea why that tab is flashing :(

Hi SIN,

Preferences->Chat->Notifications. Uncheck "Flash chat toolbar button if new nearby chat arrives".
