inventory problem

hi ..

my 3rd grade folders in inventory are all empty ..  thats where i usually keep my stuff .. (e.g: My Inventory > Clothes > Dresses -- folder "Dresses" are all empty).   It doesnt show any loading status as well ..

Anyone has the same problem? Or does anyone know how to handle this? Ive cleared chache .. doesnt really help..

Hi Ardentia,

Guess I get to ask all the obvious questions.  First: Have you waited for your inventory to load?  If not you can force load it by clicking on the Recent Items tab or do some other inventory search.  Second: Have you checked to make sure you have your filters set properly?

thanks for your response..

i have this problems for 2 days now and i was online more than 3 hrs yesterday..  and yes, i did try doing inventory search.. the item i wanted wouldnt wasnt found. Filters are set properly too. Oh btw, im using emerald .. not sure if that has something to do wt it ..

Oh dear, sorry, I have the Emerald viewer but don't really like it enough to use.  Hopefully someone running that viewer will come around.  Or perhaps they have a support forum?

A friend using Emerald had the same problem, logged in (NOT teleport - log in) at a different sim. Everything fixed. Seems the sim she was on had cached her as not having inventory, and when teleporting it sends THAT information with you. When you log in to a different sim it reloads from the asset server instead, gets all nice shiny CORRECT data .
