My Avatar is not loading

Since the restarts yesturday 4/29/14 my avatar has remained a cloud and listed as loading. I've run updates but nothing seems to help.

Its a bake fail. just try to change the complete outfit with skin and shape (use one of the starter avies for example). Thats should help. After you are hopefully appeared  you can switch back

Did you follow those suggestions made here http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bake_fail too? I would say your router/modem needs a restart as stated there too. Lets see if it helps.

Sorry, i added the Firestorm bake fail link after you said, it changed nothing. The connectivity issue today might cause similar issues and might make it difficult to fix your avie.
