Alika rental system - anyone know how to pay rent?

Anyone know how to pay rent at the Alika rental server? I've been waiting till my rent expires and then paying the unit box, but the sign on the server object claims I can pay there. Paying there just results in an immediate refund from the landlord. There's nothing on the server's menu about it.

Anyone know anything about this? Does any documentation exist? Does Alika really expect anyone to buy their system when it's this hard to use?

Do you have your group tag active when you try to pay?

The group tag didn't change anything. (That would have been a really stupid restriction, lol)

But paying only 1 week at a time worked. It didn't let me pay the 4th week so maybe it's really strictly enforcing the 4 week max. (I was originally trying to pay 4 weeks at once.)

Thanks for the suggestion. Even though wrong, it got me thinking on a different line and that allowed me to find the answer.
