Why  I have so may problem   to fix my billing information 

sometime is work  after that  no 

and I see on my visa account  the bill is  waiting as confirmation

You don't put spaces between the numbers for your credit card.

You may be having problems if you have specified a VISA prepaid or debit card, rather than an actual credit card.  LL doesn't accept these forms of payment.

Like most merchants, when you set up an account, Linden Lab makes a $1.00 test transaction to the account to verify it.  This transaction will be reversed and will not show up on your bill, but if you check your balance right after you set up the card, you may see it.

If you mean, you cannot find a "confirm" button on the credit card entry page, then try one or more of the following:

• Clear your browser's cache and refresh the page
• Turn off any ad blocker plugins in your browser
• Use a different browser, especially if you are using Internet Explorer
