i bought an avatar and all i see is a picture

Ive now bought 2 avatars and all i still get is a picture attached to my present avatar.   When i look under skins or even hair all i have is the default peices that came with my avatar.  Both of them cost over 2000L and they just dont work.   I click on "wear" or "add" and the advertisement appears in my hand..  Extremely frustrating

Hi Ronin,

It sounds like the things you've purchased are boxed. You'll need to rez the box and take the contents back into your inventory before wearing. Here's a tutorial...
