0 Lindal Kidd
Second Life is very particular about what sound files you can upload. They must be no more than 10 seconds long, and They must be 44.1K stereo WAV files. Your file is apparently sampled at the wrong rate. You'll have to open it in a sound editing program and resample the file, saving it as a 44.1K stereo WAV file. If you don't have a sound editing program, there are a number of free ones, such as Audacity for Windows. "Sampling" refers to how many times per second the digitizing algorithm takes a "snapshot" of the waveform. Common sampling rates are 22K, 44.1K, and 48K samples per second.
0 FiraFirecat
Well it's exactly 1 second long, so length isn't an issue. How would I check the sampling rate? I use audacity Thanks again
