need window shades for privacy

I just rented a huse in Gruff with a lot of windows.  My neighbour has window shades, but I can't find how to get them for my house.  Any ideas?

You can go shopping.  We can't recommend specific merchants or creators in Answers, but people sell curtains ALL over SL. (I'd suggest maybe looking at picks in my profile .... hint, hint.  No, I don't sell curtains.)

BTW, curtains will not give you privacy, but they do look nice so it's worth getting them.  Anyone with a camera --- that's everyone -- can look into your house from all the way across the sim.  No stinkin' curtain is going to stop that.  However, your World >>> About Land >>> Options settings will.  Just UNclick the little box that says "Avatars on other pacels can see and chat with avatars on this parcel."  Once you do that, anyone would have to be on your land to see you, even if you were running naked through the grass in your front yard.
