Question on the Regions for Sale: Full Regions forum

Just to check, these are people selling entire private regions? transferring ownership of that region to another?

I personally cant afford 1000 dollars in one shot to get mine from LL, but paying 200-300 for one? i can do that... but im wanting to make sure i know what it is really doing

They are if they include the transfer of the full estate rights.  Some regions for sale are more sales of the land with you getting estate agent rights, meaning the estate owner stays the same.  If in doubt from the ad,  be sure to ask.
