Can't see Display Names.

I am having a problem with name tags. It looks like Display names are not showing up at all.

I have the latest LL viewer and do not see the same problem with my TPV. Am I missing a setting?

I have been playing with the check boxes for user name, display name, my name and what ever the other check boxes are there but I end up with no names or just some people with names. I don't use a display name but I turn it on sometimes just to see.

Yes, like I said, I have been using the check boxes but I still do not see name tags.  Some sometimes but not display names, not sure what names I do see because there is nothing that says, this is a display name.
