marvelous designer trasparent clothes in SL

Hello guys,

I wanted to make some clothes with the program Marvelous Designer 2.

it seems to work but when i upload the dress in SL and i move it around it looks trasparent in some sides.

Also it doesnt fit on my avatar but it floats around.

I know i should do something with Blender but i dont know how or what i have to look for.

can someone please help me?

-what i do is making the cloth in marvelous designer 2, then save as .obj, then go in blender and resize it (cos it is huge and not even on the grid) once i made it small i save it as .dae.. then i log in SL and upload it and it floats around and its half treasparent :(-

thanks for the fast answer! I actually watched many many tutorials too and i've seen ur links which are useful so thanks but still i'm an idiot and i dont know what to do. i dont have avastar blender.. i think u have to pay for it.

is there maybe another program more easy than blender to make it not trasparent anymore? or a step-by-step tutorial for stupid people like me?

Blender is free, Avastar may not be.

I'm not familiar with the software myself, I just read too many forum posts.

Other answers may have better information, good luck.
