Friends Posts name change? Help?

Yesterday signed into Home noticed my friend who had posted to my profile had new name.  I figued they had simply changed it but afer talking to friend they had no idea what i was talking about unti they went to my page and saw the post changes.  Crazy thing is profile pic of new name is pic of me and the friend.  The freind is still in my list of freinds (no name change) and when i click on the name now with friends post a limited profile comes up (cant PM only IM and have sent IM but no reply).

Any ideas of what is going on?

Yes i have the same issue. I even did a display name change and it updated with me again, but all of the past ones are someone else. 

It's odd because whom it is showing up on my profile is someone i've never had any contact with in SL. 

I think it's royally broken.

This is a bug in the Feeds that has happened at least twice before (from my own observations of it). Every so often the names on posts just get jumbled - but consistently so (so for example, all of my posts might come back with your name, or vice versa).

The first time it happened it took LLs a week or so to notice and fix. The second time I think was much shorter. Both times they fixed old posts to a point, but not fully and not at all for some people.

I sent into support about it and got a bunch of links that dont telll me crap....im gettin sick and tired of it.  

 

I can still see my display name if I place my  cursor over the fictious profile that is assigned to my pics and comments.:robotmad:

And they have given me not one single link that tells me anything except 'it should be posted elsewhere this is not a  bug'!!  

Which is odd because support says its a bug!!!  go figure, they clash amongst themselves.,,,arse doesnt know what the head is doin!!
