A shape I worked hard on is underground and stays there...Please HELP!!

Go into Edit Appearance/Edit My Shape.  Look in the Body section.  Scroll to the bottom and find the Hover slider.  Set it to 50 as a first try, and vary it up or down maybe ONE number to get your feet on the ground, while wearing the shoes you plan to wear.  You may need to save a slightly different setting as a new shape for different shoes.
