I paid my membership and can't log in, why?

My AVs name is Devlyn Friehof, ,y membership has been paid, yet I can't log in why?

You don't need a paid membership to use Second Life (although a paid membership has many benefits, too.)

But either a free or a paid member can have trouble logging in.  We need more information about what's happening when you try to log in.  Please edit your original post using the Options/Edit link at the upper right of the post window.  How are you logging in, and what error messages do you get when you try?  What is your computer system, and what type of internet connection do you have?

Interesting - Your name suggests that you have been a member of SL for years. What is even more unusual is the fact that you have no in-world profile. Based on your previous posts to one of the discussion forum it seems that you may be having issues because you are not using the current SL Viewer: The link is below:

Make sure that your PC meets the Second Life System Requirements to run SL. These days and since the introduction of Server Side Appearance [sSA] major lag is usually encountered when a PC is NOT up to the task of running SL and/or the Internet connection being used is slow or wireless.

Just in case your account is old but you haven;t been is SL all these years until now.

OK the 1st step is to download the current SecondLife viewer to your PC or Mac computer Use this link to do that:

The install it and try your 1st login.
